Mollie Pepper started her rugby journey in 2015 with Wellington RFC. After moving to study at Exeter College, she became a part of the Exeter Chiefs Academy setup, before joining Bristol Bears to further her rugby development. The formation of the Chiefs Women’s side enticed Pepper to return back to Exeter, representing the side in their two friendlies against Newcastle and the British Army prior to the successful application for the club to compete in the Allianz Premier 15s.
